Made in Nepal by the Sri Aurobindo Yoga Mandir Trust, an ashram situated at the base of the Himalayan Mountains overlooking the Kathmandu valley. The money from the sale of these incense sticks contributes towards supporting the ashram, which takes care of underprivileged and orphaned children (there are 47 children at the ashram at present). The ashram is also engaged in several projects including an education centre and naturopathy clinic.
These incense sticks are great for when you need to completely relax. Just lie down, focus on resting your attention in your breath or your body, and the incense will help you to soothe and unwind.
