FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
|
How do I use the cream / moisturiser? |
| Take a very small amount, rub it in your hands and apply it on to your face and skin. The cream / moisturiser will naturally melt on contact, because of the purity of the ingredients. |
What is the best place to store my cream / moisturiser? |
| Store at ambient room temperature, away from direct sunlight. If the weather gets too hot, store in the fridge during that time. |
I left the cream / moisturizer in a warm place and it has melted. What should I do? |
Don't worry, this won't affect the properties of the cream / moisturizer. Simply put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Once it has slightly cooled down, stir it until it reaches a creamy texture. Place it in the fridge again until it becomes solid again.
Do try and avoid this happening repeatedly, as it may impair the quality and life shelf of your cream / moisturizer.

Why does the cream/ moisturiser feel different from regular creams/moisturisers? |
| It's because of their purity and living nature. Also because they don't contain water (an unnecessary, cheap filler), beeswax or any unnatural, chemical agents like propylene glycol. |
Can I use the cream / moisturizer on the rest of my body? |
| Absolutely! Your skin will love you for it! |
What's the average shelf life of the creams and moisturizers? |
| 12 months in normal conditions. Much longer if regularly kept in the fridge. |
Can I see the full list of ingredients in your products? |
| The list of ingredients that you see on each product page is the FULL list. That's it. Nothing else! |
