The MSM Beauty cream and the MSM Beauty spray are basically the same. The only difference is that the cream is made from a base of cacao butter and the spray is obviously a spray and not a cream which contains no cacao butter but has argan oil and is a lot lighter than the cream.
I would make your decision based on how dry your skin is and if it is particularly dry then werecommend the MSM Beauty cream.
